There is a story behind this little quilt. I was with my son on the beach during that trip that think I finally got to celebrate a birthday with him. I literally almost tripped over these two little rocks sitting next to each other in the sand. They both just fit into my palm. Both are heart shaped; one larger than the other. Both appear to have fissures and scar tissue. At least that is how I see them. So I had to make a quilt that incorporated those two little stones.
Serendipity running rampant, again!
I keep those little rocks as treasures...So there you are Joy. A little more than you maybe wanted to know about this piece.
